With the domestic valve racing track getting hotter and hotter, Links has gradually become one of the cro companies operating the largest number of valve clinical trials and the most complete categories in China. Since the establishment of the "valve working group" in October 2020, we have been dealing with the challenges of valve projects with precision, professionalism, fast response and high intensity.

On November 12, C, A and PM of the valve working group gathered in Shanghai with masks and nucleic acid report (not) enthusiasm and expectation to resume and train for the recent valve project. From the key points of supervision to the control of inclusion and exclusion criteria, from data cleaning to document management, from communication skills to AC cooperation, and the final play - "Basic Ultrasonic Training", the heated discussion lasted until the night.
At the end of the training, the leader of the valve working group brought us not only experience summary, affirmation and praise, hope and expectation, but also a rich dinner (drooling).

From November 14 to November 15, we invited Mr. Qu Yong, a distinguished speaker of Fuwai Cardiovascular Research Institute and a certified instructor of coaching leadership, to bring us two-day in-depth training - "Coaching Manager" and "Time Management", with the purpose of improving the team's management ability and project execution efficiency.
During the training, the project managers listened carefully and practiced enthusiastically, and gained a lot. Hope that the subsequent series of courses can continue to empower the team and let us run faster and farther.
