Acute ischemic stroke has the characteristics of acute morbidity, high mortality and high disability rate, resulting in high professional requirements and difficult implementation of the clinical trial of "mechanical thrombectomy". During the implementation of this project, the links team gave full play to the characteristics of professional medical support, comprehensive on-site work and excellent supervision skills, actively responded to the requirements of the sponsor, coordinated with the sponsor, played a "hub" role, coordinated the sponsor, researchers, related departments, SMO and other experimental parties, and made every effort to promote the implementation of the project. At the conclusion stage, even under the epidemic situation,we overcame all difficulties, and completed the signature and conclusion of 13 centers within 2 months, which is highly recognized by the management of the sponsor.
